2. For international orders (because of special shipping and handling) please contact Strategy Publishing at Contact Us and let us know how many of each book you would like.

3. We will determine the shipping costs for your order and e-mail you a final total for your book(s) and shipping. You can decide whether you want to be invoiced or pay by credit card (Paypal).

4. SPECIAL NOTE: You must make sure you are in compliance with your institution's policies on
   purchasing a book.

5. VENDOR INFORMATION OR TAX PAYER ID: If your Accounts Payable office requires a Taxpayer ID
   from Strategy Publishing, we would be glad to fax this information to you at your request.
