1. Please review the table below for a snapshot of the book costs. When done, select the Credit Card Payment button at the bottom of the page.
2. Confirmation of your order will be sent via Paypal.
3. SHIPPING. In most cases, your order will be processed within five
business days and shipped via USPS 4th class
media mail.
4. SPECIAL NOTE: You must make sure you are in compliance with your institution's policies on purchasing a book.
5. VENDOR INFORMATION OR TAX PAYER ID: If your Accounts Payable office requires a Taxpayer ID from Strategy Publishing, we would be glad to fax this information to you at your request.
6. All orders are in U.S. dollars.
